it would be kinda hard to find out who they are. If someone says they are someone famous no one would believe them, even though they really are.

Yes. Just because someone is famous doesn't mean that they can answer a question any better than anyone else, but they can learn just as well as the next person. I would rather be an unknown than a famous or infamous person any day!
