wait for them to greet me... not just on the street, anywhere... a few days ago, middle schoolers visited the high school... I saw some people from my old school there, but no one said hi to me, so I didn't to anyone else.

Either really. Sometimes if they are just looking at me then I say hello. There's a five second hello cue though so if that amount of time runs out then I don't say anything.

If it's someone I like, I say hello first.
Someone I don't like, look the other way.

I never wait. love saying hello. i'd say hello to a stranger too. i'm a big smiler too.

I usually go up and start talking.I'll talk to anyone.I like people.The only way to get to know someone is to strike up a conversation.

if it is someone i don't care for i'll cross the street to avoid them
