Kt Jane: I am on the backside of fifty and as I get older the one thing I know is that you never know what will happen. I can trust myself in some areas but in others -I have not always kept my word to myself. I break my own rules all the time. So I have to say after much thought on this one that no I can't trust myself as I have really surprised myself from time to time and the reality is that I don't do what is best for me a lot of the time. Very Very good question.

yes cause if you dont trust yourself than you can find the trust for the rest of the world its a key thing to have to find happiness
