It would depend on how many miles per gallon you got with each type of fuel. For example, if you get 22 mpg with E-85, and you drove 10,000 miles per year, then you'd spend:

($2.05/gal)(1 gal/22 miles)(10,000 miles/year) = $931.82

Likewise, if regular gasoline yielded 28 mpg, then you'd spend:

($2.30/gal)(1 gal/28 miles)(10,000 miles/year) = $821.43

If they get the same mpg, then obviously the E-85 would be the better buy. But in order to figure this out definitively, you'd need (1) the mpg for both fuels, and (2) the number of miles you estimate driving per year, so you can figure out the savings of one over the other.
