You expect us to be psychic or something? I don't have enough room to list everything that could have gone wrong. Some starting points:

Did you install it?
Did you set it as your current screen saver?
Did you configure it?
Is it compatible with your system?
Did you contact the makers for help?

go into control panel and then ALL WILL BE REVELED.
