Nope, can't say that I have, but weird stories are all over about stuff found in fish so I wouldn't doubt it has happened.

That would be possible for large, but very very wierd.
I caught a fish with a complete fishing lure (a spinner) inside once. And another with an almost complete frog (looks like it was just eatten)

yeah, Don't worry. I disposed of the evidence so you won't get caught. Next time try land animals though cause I'm sick of trying to explain why the fishies have balloons in them.
