Problem with my Logitech Quickcam 4000 po !?

Even if the video effects are present in the files, I can't activate them, It doesn't work when I click on them, and I don't have the corresponding button on the toolbar ! (I know the button is like two masks because I looked at the help but it didn't help me)

Hard to say exactly what the problem is but I suggest re-loading the software. Use the "Add/Remove Software" icon in the control panel to remove the software, then do a fresh reload.
