I am trying to think of some things I could do for a woman that would be considered work for me, but something she would really enjoy. The only benefit that I would receive would be knowing that I made her happy. For example, something besides me taking her out for dinner because that would be something we both would enjoy. However, if I was to wash and vacuum her car, it would be work for me (even though i don't mind doing it) but, I know she would really enjoy it and she would know that I don't have any selfish motives behind it. Please, no dirty suggestions. I am not trying to do this to 'score'.

you could give her one afternoon off(only if she's was extremely good), and do some the her work around the house! or make her breakfast in bed!
or a good massage(well that's more fun than work ;-p)

Clean the house
Do the laundry
Take her to a chick flick and don't roll your eyes or make fun of it
Take out the garbage
wash the dishes
clean the toilet

1/2 hour body massage, the car cleaning idea you have is good, even running her a bubble bath and putting candles and a glass of wine in there with her would get you a lot of points.

2. send her a card with a special message inside
