I just started the Nuvaring today, and I have read that I can take it out during sex, but should i put it in a ziplock bag? I don't want it just sitting on my bedstand with germs . . . is there a specific way to store it?

That's the purpose -- for quick and convenient sex. No need to take out often -- do clean it and replace.

Why even take it out? Hes not going to notice it, so no need for embarrassment with that concern

Although you can take it out...this will get really old really fast. Just keep it in....he prob wont notice...
