why, does she feel the need to sing in spanish?
now i find myself not listening to my own music because i hate her rattling voice
what is she going to do next, sing in mandarin?
why cant she go off to have babies or raise chipmunks or something

She's just being diverse & broadening her listening audience...Can you say cha-ching in spanish?? I bet she can!!!!

She sings in a different language to sell more albums. If Spanish speaking people can understand her music she will sell more than just selling to English speaking people. In the end it's all about the money and not because she cares about her fans!

I agree with Cats from above. I think she just want to expand herself and her brand by trying to cross over into other cultures and genre of music to expose herself more and get more money. I think she wants to be the queen of entertainment and a diva like Tina Turner or Diana Ross by being an international singer and movie star. If she don't be careful she is going to run the risk of overexposing and hyping herself up and people are going to grow tried of her just like with happen to Britney Spears or Jennifer Lopez. But Shakira does dancing better.

Okay Im gonna pretend that I didn't read the first answer and calmly try to answer the question. I don't know. But it might be to try and expose herself to a broader audience. She did do that song with Shakira. I am a Beyonce fan but sometimes she does do somethings that are kind of like okay.

Because she wants to be the "international queen of show business". She wants to be the ultimate diva who can do it all! She is so overexposed and overhyped and is everywhere (magazines, movies, tv talk shows, gossip mags, fashion shoots, awards shows)! If she doesn't stop, the public will grow tired of her! Enough already! Pure greed!

i think she is just trying to get more attention .. she wants people to hear her voice more .. i think... i don't know why she hasn't have babies.. maybe you have a better voice then her.. her voice is just like whispering in high tone.. and i don't know why am saying this but she can't dance like Shakira .. she is nothing compared to Shakira.. shakira moves way better than her!!!
