when someone sneezes we say God bless you..
but when ppl burp or fart we don't...we make them say excuse me....
should it all just be the same??

Originally, in the Dark Ages, when somebody sneezed we thought they were opening their body up to attack by demons. So we said "God bless you". Apparently demons don't care for farting or burping though.

Ha , ha, ha that's a great question , I would be in tears laughing on the floor if someone said god bless you after I farted . Usually they are more apt to condem me for eternity to hell , but it does seem only fair that they would both be the same.

nooooooo, cause it was believed that when u sneezed u were releasing demons from ur body... its involuntary to sneeze, thus god made u sneeze to release the demons...that's why people say god bless u.... when u poop and fart, or belch and burp... u force it out, and since wut is forced out of u is nasty... u say excuse me, so they cant be counted the same...sowwy
