feeling totally refreshed think hours have gone by and its nearing time to wake up-Then you look at the time and only a few moments have gone by?

Yes! I tend to wake up just after the sun has risen, and think it's about eleven-ish and time to get up, but it's actually about half past six. It's really annoying when you feel that awake, because I KNOW I'll be tired later in the day if I get up, but I don't feel sleepy enough to get back to sleep easily.

no-- i wake up in the middle of the night, cursing my alarmclock because i think its about to go off and i can't go back to sleep, then i feel very, very happy when i roll over to find out only a few minutes have gone by.

I wake up several times a night - but usually have no trouble falling asleep again

OH yeah and then you force yourself to fall back asleep and when you wake up at the appropriate time you are exhausted. I hate that

YEP! HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME!
THE OTHER NIGHT WE WENT TO BED AT 9:30 P.M NEXT THING I'M WAKING UP WANTING TO GET ON THE COMPUTER & I SAW IT WAS ONLY 10:00 P.M I HATE IT WHEN IT HAPPENS!!!

Yes. Then go back to sleep and when the alarm goes off it is harder than ever to wake up.
