Perfection is, broadly, a state of completeness and flawlessness.
The term "perfection" is actually used to designate a range of diverse, if often kindred, concepts. These concepts have historically been addressed in a number of discrete disciplines, notably mathematics, physics, chemistry, ethics, aesthetics, ontology and theology.
In that regard, yes it can be reached.

hm..we've all heard the expression "practice makes perfect" but that's not rally true. u can practice in a sport, let's say, for a long time, but you'll never reach the point of perfection. u can be really good at something, but never perfect at it.

perfection can never be reached by a human, because you never know what perfection is. You dont know how to reach perfection because theres nothing saying what you should do!

It depends of what you define as perfect. It is possible just like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
