You should wait though, what is one more year? And it'll give you a chance to get to know the guy better. You are too young to be married anyway. There isn't a lot of marriages that last when one or both person(s) are still so young!

17 is way too young to be getting serious with a guy, let alone married. The divorce rate is punitive for people getting married at your age. The two of you have so much growing to do, you both will be different people in just a few years. It won't last, but then you really don't care about that. Try Alaska...

Nope, you have to have parental consent of some form in all 50 states. All the scenarios you keep trying to come up with aren't going to help.

lol the average person in American that gets marride before 28 years old gets a divorce whit in the first 3 years thats 2 out of every 5 people, ur to young to get marride ur a kid, i know vages whould not let maybe Utha lol
