what do odd and strange people appear on the streets after 5:00 oclock?

I am a strange person myself and I go out anytime,even before 5.but others I think don't get up until late afternoon.

Why do they appear? It's because most offices quit work at 5:00. All of those workers come out of the buildings-run for your lives!!
