None of them are open for 24 hours. In general, the parks open around 10:00 and close around 7:00, but it varies from park to park.
Go to this website to find the specific Six Flags park you're looking for ("Pick a Park"). http://www.sixflags.com/national/index.aspx On each park's website, there is a box in the bottom left corner that says "Park Hours" and that will tell you the exact hours that the park is open each day.

Starting today, the one in Louisville is open 7 days a week. It's not open 24 hours a day though. The hours of operations depend on which day of the week it is and if anything else is going on (holiday, state fair, etc.)

I go to 6 flags great america and it usually opens at 10am

It opens at 10am. Magic Mountain. It's not open 24 hours. Check their website too, cause sometimes they're not open on weekdays.
