How often do you have trouble with the nut that connects the steering wheel and drivers seat?

The nut behind the wheel is the biggest headache for mechanics and the most common cause of accidents.

BTW, for those that don't get it, this is the driver.

ummm not very offten almost never maybe if its a old car or a work car or a off roading car and u should just tighten it my off road car i have to tighten it every year or 2 cuz i got off road a lot.
