The "best" in what way? The healthiest is probably water. LOL But it doesn't always completely get rid of the "thirst". But after exercises, water is my first choice. Just whenever, Ice Tea works for me, but health wise I think caffeine dehydrates like soda. So I alternate throughout the day with water and ice tea. I would stay from alcohol and caffeine if you are really thirsty.
