I agree that knowing your blood type is important.
Years ago a friend of mine was going to nursing school and had to draw blood from several different people. She did my daughter and me. When she got the results, she told my daughter that her blood type was AB. Well, we knew it wasn't and told her so. (We had my daughter's blood typed years earlier and knew that it was A-.) Anyway, my friend took this info back to her school and they got to checking into the matter. As a result, they found out that the stuff they tested with was outdated and was giving false readings. I guess we all taught the nursing school a lesson.
