Do you mean a 4 Pence (Groat) from Great Britain, if so the answer is yes. There are actually 2 of them. One is the regular issue with the young head of Queen Victoria on the obverse and with Britannia on the reverse. It is KM# 731.1 & VY4D-070 and is made of .925 silver (Sterling). It had a mintage of 1,817,640. It catalogs for 9 to 60 Pounds in the British cat and from $5 to $90 in U.S. catalog. These are book prices and coinusually sell for less so a dealer will give you less. The other one is made for the Maudy sets that were given to the poor on Maudy Thursday, which is the day before Good Friday. It is also made of silver and has the young head of Queen Victoria but on the reverse it has a 4 under a crown, the 4 devides the date. The mintage is 4,158, it is KM# 732 & VY4M-005 it's book value is around $25 for it should be a proof like coin. The reference from Great Britian list from 10 to 18 Pounds. It lists the coin in 3 grades the U.S. reference in only one.
