We are being fined for an animal we no longer possess nor are the current owners returning us the infomation required to remedy the fine.

The Municipal Code is stated as such:
"17.25.060E. Mandatory sterilization $125 first violation; $150 each subsequent violation."

Now, just to clarify, this is a one-time violation and would not result in 'subsequent' violations if the animal were to continue to be considered uneutered. I would really dislike being fined $150.00 a day fine for an animal I do not have.

Thanks

I apologize anyone that gives as bland an answer as the troll above. Anyways, you should only pay $125.00 for the single violation unless otherwise stated.
