I go more for what the candidates personal agenda is. Are they truthful, do they speak for the needs of the people? Or are they only looking at what will get them ahead. I go by their voice. Are they really meaning what they say? Do they have the best intentions of the majority of the people in mind? The list goes on and on and on. Mostly, the person must speak the truth. I believe Obama can change this nation for the better. Not simply because he's cute. Look at the facts and listen to him speak. Also, it shouldn't only be because he's Democrat, it should be about how he presents the issues that he wants to change for the better to help the people that should really matter. I would like to vote on an agenda but find it hard amidst present day campaign strategies to know just what a candidate stands for.

Well, that's how we got George Bush as president. Too many people voted for the sizzle and didn't look at the steak.
Nobody cares what a president looks like, what matters is can he/she do the job. I don't care if he looks like an orangutan -- as long as he can take care of the peoples business.
Attractiveness is NOT a criteria for public office...only for movies, rock stars and TV.
