Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, collard greens, glazed ham and rolls. And sweet potato pie and carrot cake. I have company coming over for Easter dinner! Plus a choice of white wine, beer or soda.

We've just had ours.
Roast Lamb & mint sauce
Roast Potatoes
Carrot & Swede(mashed with butter and pepper)
Cauliflower and Garden peas
Yorkshire Pudding and Gravy
I made a Lemon Meringue for dessert but we are still full so we will have it tomorrow.
If I'd known you were eating candy I would have invited you, a good dinner will do you more good.

Just had a leg of lamb with roast potatoes, runner beans and carrots - no dessert, but I might start on some chocolate eggs later.

We just had ham, mashed potatoes, corn,green beans and rolls...For dessert we had a great cake!! I had fudge for breakfast..lol...gave up candy for lent so had to eat some as soon as i woke up..lol...

Left over ham and noodles, and bunches of other good stuff, from our Easter lunch. For dessert we either have chocolate sheet cake or cherry jello cake with whip cream. I suggest the jello cake:) It's the best!!!

Ham, my mom's recipe for scalloped potatoes, homemade biscuits, green beans, brussel sprouts. There's a pineapple upside down cake for dessert, but I'm going to behead this chocolate rabbit before too much longer....!
