I dont know what type of router you have so I cant give exact instructions. But what you want to do is go into the routers configuration and place the IP address of the computer you want to be accessed from the internet into the DMZ area of the router.

Warning: this will allow anyone who knows your IP or hackers sniffing random IP's to access your computer and use it for whatever reason they wish....

This can be done through port forwarding, but I would suggest that you look at a solution such as 'go to my pc' or 'pc anywhere' as these also include some security which you will need.
You could also use VPN.

Once he has your ISP address and a number(not sure what it is called) about 20 numbers and letters, you would have got this number when you set up your own account.Good luck
