How do I remove a stain caused by laundry soap not completle rinsed off then the stain was set in the dryer?

The stain is white and is on a navy blue comforter

i would try washing it again by its self, don't add any more detergent. washing it on the largest load.

Try using oxyclean solution and rub it in good and rewash. It should come out.
