The best Ritual Monster in this format is Demise, King Of Armageddon.

A Spell Counter is just a marker of some kind. Coins, dice, bottle caps, cotton balls, bits of thread, and pen caps all work fine as Spell Counters.

A Spell Counter has no special powers or abilities. It's just a numerical counter on the card. You "count" Spell Counters; they don't "counter" anything.

Shinato and Paladin of White Dragon are decent rituals; however, it is usually a good idea that unless you are playing just for fun and not to win that you AVOID rituals

A spell counter is just basically a token to keep track of something on cards. Probably the most common example would Breaker the Magical Warrior.

There are very few good Ritual cards but if you insist on using them, The best is definitely Demise, King of Armageddon. Others tend to be bad. Relinquish is not that bad though so thats could be used. A spell counter is something you use to count the amount of spell counters on a card. They could be anything really.

Some good rituals are: Hmm I only can think of 2

Relinquished (suck in your opponents monster and take on the attack and defence, If you are attacked your opponents monster dies.)

Black luster soldier( high attack and okay def 3000/2500 same as blue eyes white dragon but faster summoning)

Spell countering is when your opponent plays a magic/trap card and you conter that with magic jammer, judgement of anubis etc...

You can also counter attacks with divine wrath (effect), mirror force, Hallowed life barrier, woboku, negate attack, spellbinding circle, etc...
