a woman can conceive anytime after she has had a baby. prime example- my best friends mom has an older brother. they are the same age. they are not twins. how can this be? because a week or two after her mom gave birth to her brother, she conceived her. and when she went back for her six week check up. she was pregnant-again. they were born in the same year, and they are only 9 mos apart. so a woman can get pregnant right after she has a baby because she is extremely fertile.

only when her husband enters her before her period and when the sperms reach the egg and form the zygote.
Otherwise noway!!
All answers above are not true.
All are telling that after one month and 2..
No woman in the whole world can get pregnant after she has a baby with out having _ex with her husband or b/f!!
A man should enter her b4 her period[normally after a month] so as to make her pregnant!!
This can happena nytime if the woman is healthy and her periods are correct!!
Be more reasonable when asking!!

Not to freak you out....I heard a story about 7 months ago. A friend of a friend of mine had a baby. She had gone like 5 months with no sex because of the discomfort being pregnant. She had her baby on a Friday night, at like 10pm. That very next day at noon, her husband went in to visit. They had sex and nine months later they had their second child. Hellooo...I wouldnt but to each their own right?! Thats how fast u can get pregnant!

You can get pregnant right away if you do not protect yourself from that, it is a good idea to allow your body time to recover from the last pregnancy though...just because you breastfeed, does not make you 100% unable to become pregnant, despite the rumors I have heard.

I heard that it is very easy for a women to get pregnant right after she has had a baby. You need to be very carefull unless you are trying to have another baby.

Any time after but not a good idea...high risk of miscarriage for the next baby... and high risk of infection for the mother if you still have a period from previous baby... should check with the gyn/ob...

As soon as you ovulate which can occur a few weeks after you have the baby, especially if you arent nursing. You ovulate before you get your period so you have to use protection at all times.
