Plan on a purchasing rims for a 99 tahoe or suburban and I wanna make sure if they will damage.

They wont hurt your vehicle,but they may make your speedometer read incorrectly.The taller your tires are,the further your car goes on one revolution of the tire.your speedometer is calibrated for a specific diameter tire,so unless you want a bunch of tickets,get your speedo.recalibrated after putting your new tires on.

No it wont mess up the transmission although if the rims arent balanced correctly it might affect the odometer

wont effect you transmission as long as the radius of the rim and tire matches the original, or you can have the CPU re calibrated to match what you have. it might effect your fuel economy though, 3.00+ a gallon, i would not risk it.

no it wont they will fit fine and will not hurt nothing except other peoples feelings because they will look great
