take a looong soothing bath. dont forget the bubblebath and salt. Read a good book while in there. Does the trick for me.

I grab a book and a brew. Then I just hang out in the recliner. I guess that's a man thing though. I get into the book, and relax from the brewski. Works every time. (But my house is a mess, and I have a beer belly. That's definitely a man thing!)

Actually, I get into a cleaning frenzy too, but I normally get tired of that after an hour or so. Then I'll light up a cigarette and chill on my porch....but I'm not supposed to do that anymore...so, painting my nails helps.

Smoke a bowl, have some chips, drink a coke, play some WoW. Not necessarily in that order. 8)

drinkings good...smoking too. sometimes I beat my kids when I'm stressed out or I sleep with total strangers from my local bars.
