You did not state, if you want to buy or sell. To sell there is really no list available or web site. Most sites are the sell type. Most really rare coins are sold by the big auction houses like Stacks in New York and not eBay. That is were you will find the likes of the 1804 silver dollar an example is one sold in 1999 by B & M auctions for 4,140,000. The 1933 double eagle sold for 7,590,020 in 1902 by Southeby's/Stack's auctions. There are a good number of coins in the rare bracket. Most Colonial coins and Territorial gold are rare. Go out and get a Coin or Coinage magazine and look at the price guide you will notice the rare coins right away by there prices. Hope I have help some here but I don't know of just a list of rare coins, probably due to different people would have different lists. Put the words "rare coins" in google and you will get a list of companies that sell the rare and scarce coins.
