Most of the asian clothes that I have come from "Chinatown" shopping centers...since there are a lot of Asian stores there.
Sometimes flea markets might have them too.
Or you can do it the easy way and just buy it off the Internet.

In stating "asian clothes" I am not sure specially what you mean, but if you are talking about the Chinese culture, you should try going to Chinatown. They have lots of great stuff for cheap too.
