Does anyone know any programmes that can cut movies so that you can use a part of a movie for some things except for the programme dvdripper???Please help me

If you mean video editing, Windows has one built in called Windows Movie Maker. If it's not in your start menu, go to control panel, add or remove programs, and go to add or remove windows components. It should be in there somewhere.

there are lots of free video editors on the web do a web search for
free+video editors.. and to cup a clip from a video you will need the original video
