Well, she would probably have no energy to fight back, but my question would be why would someone who is "able" want to beat up on someone who is weaker than they are? Has this person ever heard the expression "Go pick on someone your own size?" It sounds like the medium fat person knows she couldn't fight someone her own size so she has to pick a fight with someone who can't really fight back. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Unbelievable. You'll have the reputation of being common and trashy for intimidation and/or hitting other people. Girls or boys. Do you want to be talked about being called "trash" for the next 5 years or so?

You may be able to intimidate her without having to get physical. Just stand in front of a bright light, and make sure it's dusk.
