Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
2 stroke and 4 stroke engines can have different repair procedures for similar problems.
Turn up the idle.
Adjust the float level.
Clean the carb and air cleaner.
Check compression.
Adjust valves (4 stroke).

Most bikes have automatic chokes. Some of the cheaper chinese bikes (can also happen on dirty more expensive bikes) have chokes that stick. Check for a stuck choke. That will cause it to choke up and run rough and stall out.

need to specifie does it stall when you are on of off the gas and, or is the choke keeping it from stalling ? cant give an answer unless u specifie little more sorry
