No, The Iranians would laugh at Pelosi just like the Syrians did. Because of your ridiculous claim that the British were spies, I assume you are being sarcastic and I'll play along with your joke. Iran is a wonderful, progressive, and hospitable place to live with the most tolerant and enlightened government in the world, and America should adopt Islamic law now so we will become as modern and tolerant as Iran is. Nancy Pelosi should go there with some of her SanFrancisco constituents and open a chain of bath houses.

and more importantly, they weren't spies - don't let people slip garbage like that into questions without questioning them on it folks - these were brit sailors who all gps reading show that they were in iraqi waters. iran was in the wrong and knew it - they held those guys for a few days just to save face.
but syria was involved in their decision and she did speak with the syrian leader.

It was a bit of a PR thing.
Iran's leader called called it an "Easter gift" and seeing as he'd like to see non-Muslims dead I would see that as the 2 fingers up from Iran to all Western (Cristian) countries.
