I doubt a Moomin would make a good pet. They are the same size people and can talk. They are actually a kind of troll! (Obviously they are not the evil kind!) They do look pretty cute but they are as clever as a human and as such it would be a form of slavery to own one.

Dogtanian was great. I have the first series on DVD. The second series was much poorer quality animation and also had different voice actors.

I also enjoyed Willy Fogg a lot too. I preferred his journey around the world over the one to the centre of the Earth.

I think one of the best cartoons ever was "The Mysterious Cities Of Gold". Do you remember it? With the Aztec and Mayan ruins and the giant golden robot condor, the three Children of the Sun, and the a Spanish seamen? It was a fantastic show which told one long and interesting (and i the end very sad and intreguing) story over 26 episodes.
If you have not seen it then please watch it - you will love it I am sure!

Battle of the Planets! Definately. Introduced a generation to manga, looked like nothing I'd ever seen before, and the ship turned into a pheonix. It was fab.

Closely followed by the Animaniacs (especially Pinky and the Brain) and Dangermouse.

i appreciate the Nineteen Twenties romping soundtrack and the actual actuality anybody kinda jiggles and shimmies each and every so somewhat to the music. now to not instruct the occasional wiggling appendage and pie-eyed characters.
