you can continue to vacuum your home. you will be able to do this right up until your in labor. some women many have said that just prior to labor starting they have an urge to clean the house . this may be instinct preparing the nest i suppose.
you should not smoke . drink alcohol. use chemicals .
clean the kitty litter. do anything that might result in sudden impact to you.
stress yourself mentally or physically.
use any drug that your doctor has not told you to use.
never fail to inform medical personal that your with child.
be exposed to very loud noise.
expose yourself to sudden changes in pressure such as would be done if scuba diving.
be near animal or bird droppings.
have contact with any reptiles.
work near high voltage area's
be in a dusty place.
be in a barn regardless of whether or not it is in use.
use the microwave oven.
use a cell phone often .
have too much exposure to animals
allow yourself to be in or near Strong electromagnetic fields.
work with people who have a virus if at all possible and if needed wear gloves mask clean suits.
work with aluminum
don't wear any metals other then your wedding band.
work with acids .
avoid vinegar use.
you should eat honey .
wash all your vegetables under cold water longer then you would normally.
do not use a sanua or go in a hot tube.
avoid sulfar.
do not allow yourself to become over heated.
drink plain water from a town water supply not bottled water or mineral water.
with out the use of moskito spray you should do all you can to avoid them . the same goes for horse flies. spiders ants
and caterpillers.
when you clean use plain soap not antibacterial soap .
use mild shampoo keep the bathroom well ventalated when you shower so as not to inhale the vapours from the chemicals in the cleaning products.
dont wear eye make up or nail polish.
lip stick is not good either.
powders for the face are ok
do not eat raw fish or any shell fish .
use a mechanical watch instead of a battery powered watch.
dont wear magnets or use them .
keep your home at 50% humidity.
garlic is good for you and you should use that as a spice instead of salt.
this is a current list of things to do and not to do while your with child
your doctor may have more things that he or she wishes you to avoid . you should be active unless your told not .
walking in clean air is good for you and is relaxing.
dont go to the laudromat and avoid using the washing machine or dryer this chore should be done by someone else your husband . dont use cholrine in the wash.
seldom use perfume
dont use antiperspent as it contains aluminum
use baby powder instead.
you should avoid being near fine particulate such as would be found in a grind process.
when you do use the hover you would be best to wear a dust mask. this last one is just my idea of what is best and is not as a result of a study . this does however follow.
you are better off in a home that is at least one year old a new home is not good for anyone as too many chemicals are in the air. if you are in a new home leave the windows open as much as possible. the same goes for a new car . or any place that has new paint or carpet.
anything you think is not good or you suspect is not good dont do it mother nature does know how to help you along so listen to her sorry one more thing pay extra attention to product warning labels.

Alysa Grace is very pretty. As for the housework thing, yes they should help you. But I dont think it will cause miscarriage or stillbirth if you do this stuff when you are pregnant. I had specific orders from my doctor though, no to do an ounce of house work but only because I am having signs of preterm labor and Im basically on bed rest. Im now 33 weeks with my 4th child, and I have never had problems with doing things while I was pregnant before. I used to get out and rake the yard and things and all was fine and baby was fine too.

I still vacumm. I even carry the vacumm up and down the stairs, (which you probably shouldn't do) Only because my husband is deployed and he is not here to carry it for me. Just watch what you are lifting. And don't over do it. If you are starting to strain yourself, you will know, you just have to listen to your body and stop immediately when you have taken on too much

You can do anything that you did before you were pregnant unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Well you can't lift heavy objects, but I would hope he's already told you that. Ask him yourself to make sure so you feel more comfortable. When you ask us you might get some advice that doesn't exactly ring true. Talk to your doc. You'll feel better when you do. Really.
Good luck and congrats.

Of course you can! However if your hubby doesn't know the answer try to pass it by him to get a little cleaning break!! Don't submerge your whole body in a hot tub, don't lift anything heavy

Of course you can, do you want to live in a dirty house for nine months. Do you want your baby to come home to a dirty house? If you are tired, rest, if you are in pain stop, but your should live your life, pregnancy isn't an illness.
