I guessing you mean Internet troll. A troll is someone who who posts a deliberately provocative question or answer on Y/A or other places with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument. They make offensive remarks about race, sex, status, etc. Basically, someone who wants attention and shock value by causing trouble or problems for other members, for example the Society and Culture section of Y/A has some offensive question and answer usually about race.

A Troll is a mythical creature, that is big and scary that usually live under bridges.
