today i have wasted the day lying in bed + eating junk food
i have no motivation to do anything

Buy a dog! Certainly gets me up in the mornings!!!

Why not arrange to go with a friend- that way your chatting will take your mind off waling if it's not hyour thing, and you will be obliged to meet the arrangement you made whether you feel like it or not.

Some dog rescue centres will let you take the dogs for walks- why not phone up and ask. They would love you for it, you will have an excuse to be out, be doing a good deed as well! And with none of the real commitment of owning a dog!

Failing all that, just get up adn go first thig, it does put you in a better frame of mind for the day, I rarely enjoy leaving the house first thing in the morning with Jack, but I'm always greatful he made me go, even if the weather's poor!

You want to know how I get to the gym in the morning?
I printed a sign that says "WAKE UP and get your fat **s to the GYM!" and taped it to the ceiling directly above the bed. That way, when I wake up in the morning, it's the first thought in my head. I swear it works! I was in the Army for four years, so "rude and to the point" works for me, but you may consider a phrase of your own. Something like..."30 minutes now equals guilt-free all day" or the like.
Try it and see...you'll be amazed!

Hi, the reason for your lack of motivation is the junk food, cut that out alitle ( as I cant give it up completely lol) and this should improve your motivation, I find it boring and end up giving up but what I have found is if I listen to music as I go it spurs me on alot. hope this helps.x

you need to make small goals for yourself. like decorating a room, plan how its going to look, go out get the stuff and make it happen. ask yourself what you want out of life, where do you want to be next year, what will you be doing. Then think about what you need to do to make this happen. Set small goals at a time. most people feel like this at one point just have to really want to make the effort. Howabout planning a night out for a meal with a family memver or friend. If these feelings dont go away, you need to visit your doctor, he can offer you councelling, talking to someone really does help

Change your thinking & change your focus, pick yourself up in an instant, decide what you are going to do & then walk out of the door. Take a packed lunch, jump in your car, on a bike, get on public transport to get where you are planning to go; or simply just walk out of the door , turn to your right , left, straight on & just get going, DO IT NOW!

Join a football team and dont quit. If you get on it and you stay theyll make you do exercises that are hard so you will try harder to get better at them.(thats if youre young enough to play.) Or just think about your future, how its gonna be if you dont stop eating junk food.

By setting up lots alarm clocks all around your house, starting from your bedroom, corridor and on. This way you have to get up of bed in order to turn them off.

Got a bread maker? If you have set it so you'll have fresh baked bread ready just as you need to be up - the smell definately gets me out of bed.
