There is no such thing as a phone that is cheap and comes with no plan. All phones are super expensive if you get them with no plan. However www.newegg.com does sell phones with no plans.

I just got a phone for my son from Staples. The phone has great features, such a digital camera and you can talk to the phone and tell it what to do! It is reconditioned, cost fifty dollars and came with fifty dollars of minutes so basically the phone was free with the airtime.
The phone is not on any plan and we activated it ourselves on line.
This was just last week by the way.

Wal-Mart.
Get a Cingular Go Phone.
they have minute cards that you buy and upload minutes into the phone. They have no plans, you just buy more cards when you run out of minutes. You can get the cards at the Wal-Mart that you get the phone.
OR: get a phone from the place you got your 1st one and add it to your plan.

My brother has this NET10 phone, and you have 300minutes for 2months or so...and it really works good.

my son has a tracfone, also from walmart. you just buy the minutes, no plan.
