i actually know someone who had that surgery reversed and she ended up with a healthy boy. It is difficult, though, and not 100% guaranteed to work. Another option may be to have your eggs harvested and try an in vitro fertilization. That may be very expensive though. Another option that you and your hubby might want to consider in your situation is adoption. There are so many children out there without parents to love them...they need responsible folks to care for, nurture, and love them and let them know that they ARE worth something. Best wishes!

I am looking into this as well. You can have a tubal reversal. It depends on if you had it done after a C/S or a vag delivery. The way they did the tubal with rings or ties. The report should also say how much of the tubes was removed the less removed the better chance. If you want more than 1 than I think this is the way to go. If you want 1 then IVF might be better.

My aunt just had a baby and her tubes are tied. the only thing is because her tubes were tied she couldnt get pregnant normally. she went and did invitro. im not sure if i spelled that right. but anyway i hope u know what it is. they insert the sperm into and your egg and fertilize it that way. i'm not sure if u can untie ure tubes but ure most likely going to have to do invitro to have another baby. good luck and talk to ure ob/gyn about all this. and the baby will be perfectly fine and healthy! you might even get more than one because they are injecting many sperms into the egg. you shoudl read up on all this! again, good luck!

I had my tubes tied when I had my daughter in 1998. In 2003 I got pregnant but I lost the baby. I am in the same situation as you (new husband and want a baby) so we are still trying. Good luck to you...

You can either have a tubal reversal (which reconnects them) or IVF (which would leave your tubes tied).
A tubal reversal costs between $3000-$8000. IVF is around $5000 - 18000. Either way, insurance will not cover this, although your insurance may except you if you had them tied due to an illness.

you have to have another surgery to reverse the first one. you can't get pregnant with tied tubes. that's the whole purpose to the procedure. it can be done, but isn't always successful. you could always adopt. there are lots of children that need a good home.

Either a reversal of the tubal ligation or IVF. With your tubes tied you can get pregnant through IVF.

You would probably have to look into a reversal of the tubes being tied or go through invitro which basicly they take and egg out of your ovary fertilize it put back in you and bam kid should come out normal and healthy

IVF, if you get them "untied", actually they burn them and tie them off , not tied together, the tubes would be damaged and scarred and would be of no use.InVitro is the only way.

Just have your tubes untied. My college teacher who I was sleeping with had her tubes tied because she didn't want to get pregnant.
