Slouching affects the way your breast appear, but doesn't make them grow bigger or smaller. Breast size is determined by a) genetics b) body fat and c) hormones and maybe muscle mass to a tiny degree. That's it. Your breasts will grow to whatever size they're supposed to grow to.

As far as I know, hormones and genetics affect your breast size. Exercise and diet also play a role, since breasts are made mostly of fat. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, age, and menopause also cause breasts to change over time. I have never, ever, ever heard of slouching changing how breasts grow. The positioning of your body will change how your breasts look, of course, such as standing up straight, laying down, or sitting, but that's only temporary until you change positions.
