If you have documentation that says you have visitation, then the next step would be is to call the cops to go with you to pick up your daughter. If you don't have documentation, you need to go to court to get visitation rights.

Keep track for about a month I mean write everything down what she says (Her excuses) and the date. Then take her back to court get her for attemt of court. And you can be a real as_hole and get the lawer to get her to show you where every dime of your child support is going you only wanna make sure your money is going on your child. Call your daughter and keep track of EVERYTHING always want the date and time and the conversation. Good Luck I hope you get to see your daughter . GET A LAWER and show em your records on what is going on. If your child is in school and there is joint custody call the school get her report card and set a meeting with the teacher so you will be involved in school also will help you out in court and will make you feel better that you are involved. Always be invovled in everything that has to do with your child. Good Luck And if she is in school and there is joint custody go to school and see if you can set with your child in class or have lunch with her I did mine but now mine is in middle school so I don't as that is her wish cause she is bigger now GOOD LUCK

Congratulations for taking an interest in your daughter's life. It is too bad your ex is using your daughter as a little power pawn, but some people are immature. Try and remain as non-confrontational as possible and have one more conversation with the ex and then go back to the court where the child support was set and ask them for your rights to visitation to be enforced. You sound like a good dad, don't let your ex ruin your relationship with your child and don't let your ex's behavior make you sink to the same level. Be mature for the sake of your child. Good luck!

It doesn't really matter if you pay child support or not. Visitation is a separate order. You can file an injunction and she can be gotten for contempt of court for not following the courts orders.

You need to go back to your lawyer. Your ex is bound by law to allow you visitation and your lawyer needs to help you with that.
