With a Clinical Laboratory science degree, you can do any of the following, according to the US Dept of Labor:

Cytotechnoligist
Histotechnologist
Medical technologist
Histotechnician
Medical laboratory technician
Phlebotomist

Where could you work?
More than half of jobs were in hospitals. Most of the remaining jobs were in offices of physicians and in medical and diagnostic laboratories. A small proportion was in educational services and in all other ambulatory health care services.

Here's info on job outlook/wages:

If you want to find out what companies are hiring individuals with a CLS, you can go to any job search site, like monster.com or hotjobs.com and type CLS or "clinical laboratory science" in the keyword area - see what types of jobs come up :)
