....that there has been a decline in the quality of "The Simpsons"? Also, does anyone know what might be causing it? ;-D

I saw a thing about it not to long ago. The people that do the voices are not getting paid as much as other actors and they are fed up.They stopped making as many episodes as well. I think that every one in Hollywood is over paid but I also agree with the Simpson's actors they work just as hard and deserve equal pay.

I love the simpsons! I have a bunch of their seasons on dvd. they are probably running out of ideas for episodes and now they have family guy to compete with

The best comedy is the comedy that toes the line of tasteful. Remember when Eat My Shorts was edgy. It made for great comedy. Now...not so edgy. However they don't want to change their style to something like that of family guy or south park.

Yes and I've stopped watching all together. I would assume it's because the show has been on for like the past 15 yrs, hee hee.

the simpsons stopped being funny somewhere in season 2. Now, FAMILY GUY...yeh, that's the stuff!!!
