That's the best question I've seen in a while, and I've always wondered that for a long time. I think someone with a friend or family member who is blind would know. If you were born blind I think it would be impossible for somebody to see realistic objects/settings in their dreams, but their brain probably creates some kind of images for dreaming. It would be really hard for a blind person to describe what they saw in a dream though.

Wow, that's a damn good question.
I would guess that their brains are still capable of producing images, but they probably can't even perceive them as visual things because their whole life they haven't even known what sight is. Images would just be so alien to them they wouldn;t even like acknowledge it. Also, they probably wouldn't be able to tell what anything in the dream was, even if they do see things, since they had never seen them before.
That's so crazy to think about. Maybe someone here knows a blind person and can tell us. Though, again, I'm not sure I blind person would know if he/she was seeing something in a dream.

There are two categories of blind people
(1). Who are blind by birth : These people do not see colors in their dream. Their dreams includes only noises & emotions.
(2). Who became blind due to any happening in life: These people see colors in their dreams but the intensity of the colors is associated with the time when they last seen the colors in their original life before being blind.

No. It is the brain that sees, not the eyes. The eyes are merely a gateway to see. Eyes are like the lens of a camera, the brain is like the film. It's the brain that processes images. A blind person who has never seen, will not know what sight is. Instead they only hear dreams.

Yes dreams are an imaginary world created by our thoughts not our eys but in the case of people who see the image stored from the eyes can create a more confusing image.

Yes, because when their eyes are open they are activated and dreams are something you don't just walk around and see("Oh, look at that, it's a dream!) You see them in your mind. Yup, in your mind. It is made up by your mind. Yes, blind people can see their dreams. My grandpa is blind too, and once he had a dream of winning a trip to Hawaii by a lottery but everything goes wrong and at the end it was a prank.

No, only if they had sight at some point in their lives, even if only a moment at birth, or maybe even in the womb if some light penetrated - I have no data on light passing from the belly into the uterus. But unless they had some visual stimuli at some point, no, they have no images in their dreams.
(And even if they did - how would they know it?!)

Very good question... I have no clue but I assume they would. I guess it's sorta like when a people talk over the phone before meeting you already have an idea of what the person looks like according to their voice. So I assume they have there own perception of what things look like.
