It's unknown by the general public, as no clips of Venom in more than teaser form have been posted, at least with any sounds of his voice. The only exception is during the Final trailer where the Venom face slides off of Eddie Brock and he says "Hello Peter." There didn't seem to be any alterations to the voice in this clip, however, I would imagine they would do something to aide in a monster-like growl when he is in full Venom persona.

In the final trailer with Venom, he says "Hey Parker" but there isn't any noise in his voice. When he swoops down and grabs Spiderman, there is a screeching sound.
