i have 2 user accounts. On my computer, it says that i have administrator rights on both of them, but on one of them, when i try to install something, it says that i need administrator rights. i don't understand anymore.Can anyone help me?

start, settings, control panel, adminstrative tools, computer management, system tools, local users and groups, users. You will see that not all users have FULL access!

Are you sure they both have administrative rights? I haven't heard of this problem before, but trying downloading updates for Windows...
