If your PC came with the Microsoft bundle, see if it included Publisher. It has business card templates. Also PrintShop is a good program.

If you mean business cards, you can buy background sheets precut at office supply stores (I have used grey and a blue and white sky/cloud pattern) and lay your own designs in place in Word and print multiple copies or down load some label/card printing software from Avery.

Interactive designer at overnightprints.com - you do it yourself, and the results are great. It's a good start.
