Our bodies are designed to live in gravity. The blood in our bodies has trouble circulating normally (the heart shrinks!), muscles atrophy, bones become brittle. We've already seen a number of negative effects on the bodies of astronauts living in the space station.

You can get a long list of health-related problems in the article I've cited.

Living in zero-G (for a lifetime) means living short life.

Quite the reverse. Living without gravity takes a serious toll on your bones and circulatory system. A Russian cosmonaut spent nine months living in space in the 1980s, and was critically ill when he returned; barely able to walk.

I think you got this twisted ,according to the theory of relativity time goes slower in gravitational fields so if you lower gravity to zero you will higher the speed of time as they are inversely proportional to one another, and if time goes rapid, life will run faster through the gap between birth and death.

If anything I'd say it's the opposite. I don't know about aging, but it promotes breakdown of calcium in bones, atrophying muscles, risk of exposure to cosmic radiation, mental strain, high risk environment, and sterile environments allow your immune system to get lazy.
